Ladislav is working in management positions for more than 18 years. The last seven years he was the president of the Czech aircraft manufacturer Aero Vodochody, where he was responsible for foreign trade.

He previously worked in Ohio in the United States where as Senior Software Developer at Diebold Nixdorf led teams of programmers of banking software.

Seventeen years ago, he started as a developer. Thanks to his hard work he became an analyst and later an architect. He has work experience in O2, where he worked on the integration for the customers.
